We experienced TOP CLASS SERVICE, from both yourself as well as the management and staff at the Piggs Peak Hotel in Swaziland. The people are so kind and friendly. And best of all we had a nice little break from the crazy busy world in South Africa (jhb)....JENNY YOU ARE A STAR. YOUR GREAT PERSONALITY, YOUR KINDNESS, AND YOUR GOOD NATURE.

When we arrived, we were not sure what to expect. I went to the reception and here was this lady smiling and waiting patiently to receive her new guests. What a lovely feeling after a long drive and everything just went really smooth.

The food was absolutely delicious. The waiters were spontanious and very friendly. The Room service was excellent, and we never experienced any difficulty. This was really great. JENNY I cannot realy explain the experience we had, all we can tell our friends and family is that they have to go there and experience the feel for themselves, because we did and it was great.

The scenery is awesome, driving through the mountains was a crazy experience knowing we were driving a 1.4 vw polo. we did it with no regret. We even took a walk through the forest, and that was just another experierence.

Jenny what can i say, you are an awesome person yourself, and thank you so much for the way you handled our booking. We will definately recommend Piggs Peak Hotel to our friends and family. And we will without doubt go back there again.

I would just like to thank Piggs Peak and the staff for making our end of year poker tour such a raging success. The staff went out of heir way to make us feel at home and we had a fantastic time.

Special mention must go to Terrance and his team for the tournament that they organized. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined playing on the championship table under tournament conditions, ala “All Africa Style”. They really went out of their way to accommodate us which made it really special. For the keen poker players that we are was an experience that will be difficult to forget.

I would also like to thank, Ephriam for handing our tab and the ten, at some times rowdy guys at the bar. The bar staff were very professional and kept to the limits I had set which helped immensely.

All in all the staff were very friendly and welcoming which made our stay an unforgettable one.

We stayed at the piggs peak hotel from the 23rd Sep to the 25th Sep.

Just to let you know that we really enjoyed every minute of it.The hotel felt just like a home. My teenaged kids felt so free and safe.

The room was so neat and comfortable with the most beautiful view. My teenaged kids had so much fun using the facilities, the put put, snooker and so on. Everything is so well kept. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially in the restaurant. We are Jewish and could not eat meat nor chicken they understood us and helped us out.

It really felt like a home away from home

Thank you and we look forward to one day going back there again. It was definitely one of our good holidays as a family.

The gifts and prizes were unbelievable and the gala dinner event was totally astonishing to me, my partner and the rest of the 10 new found friends with whom we clicked like a house on fire!

Hi Sean Just want to say thanks to you and your team for a wonderful weekend at Piggs Peak.

We ate and drank like kings and the staff there looked well after us. The buffets were excellent and there was nothing better than an ice cold beer to beat the heat.

P.S We couldn't spend all the money because an excellent buffet breakfast was served every morning and Saturday night. We couldn't eat and drink more than we did and I promise you we didn't hold back. Excellent prize !!!!

Jenny, I would like to thank you for the booking you made for me and my family at Piggs Peak, for Dec. We were so impressed by the way we were treated.The place is beautiful and peaceful. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.We were just fed throughout. We all gained weight (5-8kg). We were so shapeless, our friends could not identify us when we came back. Thanks to you. You are responsible for this!

The kids enjoyed themselves so much, they felt the stay was so short, we need to stay at least for 2 weeks.We were always kept busy. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Pam and I would like to than you very much for the following.

Firstly, for being able to change our 3 night weekend from the one booked to the one which coincided with Pam’s birthday. Secondly, for all that you arranged for Pam. You really went out of your way and added very much to her enjoyment of her birthday. Wow! When we saw the champagne and chocolates we thought that you had decide to go one better than cake. Not to be. Imagine Pam’s delight when this was followed by a cake as well. And let me tell you tat it would have been impossible to give her a better cake. It was a Black Forest cake which is her all time special no 1 choice in cakes.

It would be amiss of me if I did not mention the following as well (we have been going to Piggs Peak for many, many years and there have been times when I have had complaints).

The general standard of everything at the hotel is now of a very high standard. Staff in general, excellent. No problems with housekeeping or any of the appliances. No problems with reception relating to the account. Quality of the food, very mcuch improved (it has been good for some time now but this time was even better). Of course it goes without saying that the casino staff were exactly as they always are and have been superb.

One thing that has never changed in all the years that we have been going there is that all the staff members who greet you with the words “Welcome Home”. Well it really felt like home. We would appreciate it if you convey our thanks and praise to all at the hotel and casino.
